As we know that bolt was not working for last 1 year, neither for free nor for paid users, but now it is working again,

to use it free, make following setting :

apn: airtelgprs.com
port: 80
hp: blank
Proxy: 174.120.204.251

now download bolt handler from here,

after downloading open it and handler menu wil appear, now keep all the fields blank, then click on "proxy type" > keep it "http" and in proxy server name put 203.115.112.5 or any other working home page.
